Cannot speak highly enough about Joe's responsiveness. Anything we asked about or asked for was dealt with immediately. The yard is completely fenced and was perfect for our 51 lb rescue dog. The entrance to the backyard also functions as a mudroom which is great if you have kids or a dog. Unlike many places that are animal friendly, Joe's place didn't smell like dogs or like cleaning fluids. We really appreciated that. Nice touches like the bidet in the master bathroom, the reverse osmosis water in the kitchen, a super clean garage and easy to follow instructions where icing on the cake. We will definitely be in touch if we're in the area again. Our six or seven weeks stay could not have been better.

Great stay! Joe was responsive when needed, the home was clean and well kept with plenty of supplies for a comfortable stay.

My family and I couldn't be happier with Joe's place. It was better than described. The location was perfect, check in was flawless and everything in the house was spotless and clean. Joe was extremely responsive and was proactive with any information that was needed. If Joe will have us we will definitely be back again for our annual Saratoga Trip!

We were moving cross country to the Albany area during winter with 2 puppies, it was wonderful to find a place that would take them, had inside parking during the winter months, the home has several bedrooms, and 2 sitting areas which are very nice, we stayed for almost 4 months, and we are grateful to have found such a wonderful host during the stress of relocating. The beds are very comfortable, and such are the bathrooms, the patio is quite generous and as we were leaving in mid June everything was green and blooming, there is a very large pool we did not use as it was still a little chilly out, the neighborhood is quiet, great for walking the pups which we did many times, is also kind of the middle between Albany and beautiful Saratoga , there are many amazing restaurants, parks, and trails, Thank you again!

Great house. Quiet single family neighborhood. Little traffic. Extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, and highway access. Access to garage parking was wonderful during winter weather. Host Joe was very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to add a day. He communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Joe was a wonderful host and the accommodations were perfect! The rental was exactly as described and Joe was a very responsive host. He provided clear instructions for the property ahead of time and while I didn’t require his assistance during my stay, I felt Confident if I had any questions he would be able to answer them in a timely way. Joe was extremely helpful and responsive host. His house was very thoughtfully laid out and had many useful instructions and amenities through the house.

The house was perfect for our family for thanksgiving weekend. The location was near our families in the area and any venues we met at. The house worked well for our pizza night and the neighborhood worked well for walking our dog. Joe was responsive to a minor issue he found before we got there and was resolved before we arrived. Definitely look at staying here again when we have long weekend trips to the area.

The property worked so well with a large family group. Beautiful neighbourhood. Definitely need a GPS to find it as the streets were confusing. Very comfortable house.

It was an amazing recharge for my family. We loved the location and were only 25 minutes from Saratoga Springs and SPAC. The fenced in back yard and landscaping was absolutely beautiful. The pool was spotless!! The best shopping is a mile from the house. Every store you can imagine and there are two consignment shops and that are definitely top notch!
