Perfect location. Very clean. Just disappointed that the hot tub was not filled and there was no cover. Also, I was told I had the entire house. Appeared the two hosts were not communicating with each other. We arrived an learned at that time we didn’t have the entire house.

We had a great stay at Edwin’s property! Everything was just as advertised, the house was very clean, and the location was perfect. Edwin was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was the perfect gathering house for 3 women who had decades to catch up on. Communications before hand were very easy. It is confusing that all numbered mail boxes are on the same side of the street. #33 was easily visible coming from one direction, but not the other and that number was an even number. We all arrived,eventually, and had a wonderful time in this charming, well appointed farmhouse.

The house is simply wonderful! Everything is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and beautiful. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The property itself is lovely and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful and relaxing stay — and even more. The pool with the beautiful evening lighting is especially amazing. It creates such a peaceful and romantic atmosphere in the evening. The jacuzzi was also wonderful, and everything was clean and very well maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. They always reply immediately and are truly thoughtful, caring, and understanding. We highly recommend this place 100%! We were absolutely delighted with our stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, functional and comfortable. There was definitely enough kitchen items that you can easily make a meal and the layout of the house is very efficient. I thought it was directly on the water which was my mistake, but that was not the point of the stay and the lake view was very pretty and property was very tidy and enjoyable indoor and outdoor. Overall a wonderful experience and a thoughtful host! Would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful and comfortable home! We felt so fortunate to stay here during our visit to the Saratoga area. There were so many charming details to the design of the space, and our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We really couldn't have been happier with our stay. Just as a side note, our car's navigation kept trying to take us to a nearby address (you select 33 Miller but instead it would direct you to somewhere on Mallory Rd. instead of Miller Rd.). Some friends who came to visit us also had this problem. Luckily it's only 3 minutes away, but this could be confusing and the host might want to contact google maps or someone so that future guests don't get lost.

This house is spectacular! I have been in many places but this one! Top!!!! Beautiful, every detail in the house is matching the vibe! I felt like in my childhood in my grandma’s farmhouse Amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful property, outdoor fireplace was lovely not to mention the relaxing hot tub after a dip in that refreshing pool! Definitely worth the stay.

Great place for a long weekend with friends or family. Went with my wife and two other couples. Nice size kitchen, big living space and decent size rooms. I would say two bedrooms for adults and one for kids. The jacuzzi was the best part and Shane was super responsive with all of my questions. Only complaint would be that the photos showed a pool table but we never saw one. Also, the fridge was acting up when we arrived so we had to store some of our food in the freezer. To be fair, Shane was able to have a technician come by to fix the issue

We were impressed, the unit looked just like it does in the pictures. Very clean and tidy while appearing professionally decorated. Great place and super walkable to Broadway restaurants and shops.

This property was in a good location for our visit with relatives but the photos were a little misleading. My husband is sound sensitive and the house is on a very busy street. And the beds weren’t real comfortable.

The house was so clean and had so many things included that it felt like staying in a high end hotel with all the comforts of home. Loved the backyard and the neighborhood. So close to all the event areas, shopping, and dining a must stay for Saratoga Springs. The host was great with communication and made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!!
